This plan ensures that our efforts will be coordinated, prioritized and achieve our desired outcomes. It charts the club’s course for the following few years and is robust enough to ensure survivability with ever changing club officers.
Annex A: Issues
Annex A lists all current club issues categorized by one of the five themes from the HOTRAK Two Year Plan. These issues are prioritized by risk and likelihood. This document will be a major source of Executive effort.
Annex B: Initiatives
Annex B lists the Executive approved initiatives to address either the issues from Annex A, the 2018 survey action plan, or member suggestions as coordinated by the Special Advisors.
Annex C: Completed
Annex C lists all the completed initiatives from Annex B or other efforts not coordinated by the Executive. It is a record of Executive and club efforts to make positive and meaningful change for the benefit of the membership.
